These terms apply when you use the Simply Works Marketing ("SWM", "we") website and client portal. By using them, you agree to these terms.
Our services
We run creator marketing for restaurants. The details of the work, the price and the term are set out in a separate written agreement with each client. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.
No guaranteed results
Creators make their own content, and audiences respond in different ways. We work hard for every client, but we do not promise a specific number of views, followers, visits or sales.
Client portal accounts
Keep your login details private and tell us right away if you think someone else is using your account. We may suspend accounts that are misused.
Content and trademarks
The text, design and graphics on this site belong to SWM. Restaurant names and logos belong to their owners and appear with their permission. [Confirm with each client.] Creator posts belong to the creators who made them.
Other websites
Our site links to other services, such as Instagram and TikTok. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
Disclaimer and limits
This site is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, SWM is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this site or the portal.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Creators we invite (SWM Creator Ops)
This part covers SWM Creator Ops, our internal tool for inviting creators to partner restaurants and scheduling their visits. It matches the policy published at swm-ai-agency.github.io/terms.html (last updated September 27, 2026).
SWM Creator Ops is an internal tool run by Simply Works Marketing ("SWM") for inviting creators to partner restaurants and scheduling their visits. It is not offered to the public and has no user sign-up.
Invitations
An invitation describes a hosted visit offered by a partner restaurant. Accepting it is voluntary. The details stated in the invitation and the booking confirmation apply, including the date, party size, what the restaurant covers, and any content that was agreed. Either side may cancel before the visit by replying to the conversation.
Communications
We contact creators by Instagram message and, where a business email address is publicly listed, by email. Reply "stop" to any email to stop further emails.
No warranty
The tool is provided as is. SWM is not responsible for a partner restaurant's own service, food or premises.
Changes
We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new date.
